IntentSignal

Privacy

IntentSignal AI SDR collects your email address, your company website and the settings you give us to find accounts and write emails for you. We use them to run the service and to contact you about your account.

When you connect Gmail, Outlook or another inbox, we use it only to send email from that address: the emails you approve, or the ones you let go out on autopilot, within the daily limit you set. We do not read your inbox, and you can disconnect it at any time in settings.

Most inboxes connect through our email partner, Unipile (unipile.com). You sign in on Unipile's page, and the permissions it asks for are shown there. We set it to sync no past email, we use the connection only to send, and we never read, store or scan your messages through it. Disconnecting in settings removes the connection at Unipile too.

Google user data

If you connect Gmail through our own Google sign-in, we request only the gmail.send permission. We use it for one thing: sending the emails you approve or put on autopilot, from your address, as you asked. We never read, store or scan your Gmail messages, and we never transfer Google user data to anyone except as needed to send those emails, to comply with the law, or with your consent. We do not use Google user data for ads, we do not sell it, we do not let people read it, and we do not use it to train AI or machine learning models.

IntentSignal AI SDR's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The accounts and contacts we find come from public sources such as permits, filings, job posts, company websites and trade press, plus business contact data providers. Anyone we email can opt out with the link in the email. Anyone can ask us to remove their data by emailing hello@intentsignal.ai, and we will stop using it.

Website visitors snippet

If a customer adds our website visitor snippet to their own site, each page view sends us the page address (without its query string), the referring site and the page title. We look up the company behind the visitor's network and keep only that company. We never store the visitor's IP address (only a one-way hash of its network block, kept 30 days next to the company it matched), set no cookies, collect no names or email addresses, and send nothing when the browser has Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turned on. The customer who adds the snippet is responsible for telling their own visitors, for example in their privacy policy.

We do not sell your data. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, inbox connections (Unipile) and analytics, and they are bound to protect it.

Analytics and ads

We use Crisp for the chat window on our site; anything you type there goes to our team through Crisp. We use PostHog to understand how people use the site and the app, including session recordings with every form field and every prospect name, address and email hidden. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our own ads: when you sign up or start a trial we share that event with Meta, with your email address hashed so it cannot be read, and the browser identifiers Meta uses to match it to an ad.

Your choice: do not sell or share

Sharing events with Meta for ads may count as "sharing" under California law. To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (we honor it automatically: no Meta Pixel, and only limited data use for anything we send), or email hello@intentsignal.ai with the subject "Do not sell or share" and we will stop sharing your data with Meta.
